Boishakhi TV (Bengali: বৈশাখী টেলিভিশন; lit. ’Boishakhi TV’)  is a privately owned satellite and cable television channel in Bangladesh, headquartered in Mohakhali, Dhaka. It is owned by Destiny 2000 Group, who had bought the channel from BNS Group of Companies in 2007 It started its broadcasts on December 27, 2005.

Over 11 years they are offering a wide variety of programs including news, movies, dramas, talk shows, and many more.
On December 27, 2005, Boishakhi Television was launched. It was among the other private television channels in Bangladesh, which are Banglavision, RTV, Channel One, and NTV, to be launched after the closure of Ekushey Television in 2002.

In 2007, Destiny 2000 Limited bought the channel from BNS Group of Companies. It eventually rebranded and changed its logo on August 28, 2010.

Boishakhi TV is the first Bangladeshi television channel to hire a transgender news reporter on the International Women’s Day of 2021
